Bust + Band.

Bust: Measure underneath your arms and around the fullest part of your bust.
Band: Measure around your torso directly under your bust.

Waist.

Measure around your natural waistline, this is the narrowest part of your torso. Remember to not pull the tape too tight.

Hips.

Measure around the fullest part of your hip.
